Refund policy

All sales are final and refunds are not offered.

Exchanges are permitted within 15 days of purchase, provided the item is returned with the original sales receipt and in its original packaging. Merchandise must be unused, unaltered, unwashed, and undamaged, with all original tags intact to qualify for an exchange.

Exchange requests must be coordinated via email at shopofflane@gmail.com between 10:00 am and 6:00 pm, Monday to Friday.

In the event of a price reduction due to a sales promotion, exchanges will only be accepted at the revised, marked-down price.

Claims for damaged merchandise must be made within three days of purchase, or within three days of delivery for online orders. Please note that all claims and exchanges may take up to three weeks to process.
